Zuzu Gives
As a bonafide mermaid (a real mermaid, not the kind on animal planet), I am dedicated to making a difference in preserving and protecting our natural resources.
Zuzu Swim LLC donates 5% of after tax profits to a salt or freshwater conservation nonprofit every year. I choose to share this publicly both to be accountable to myself and to be transparent. I hope to increase this amount in the future.
Despite the destruction we've caused our planet, I believe that technology, ingenuity, and responsibility can lead us to creative solutions. Maybe I'm a dreamer, but I hope I'm not the only one. If anything, mother earth will prevail...
This year I have chosen Coral Reef Alliance. They work on a local level globally helping to educate, develop programs for sustainability, and improve water quality. Plus, they have been given the Gold Seal on GuideStar, a nonprofit profiling database, so they are legit!
