Returning Your Item:

  1. Contact us via email at customerservice@zuzuswim.com to initiate your return or exchange request. We will promptly email you a prepaid return label for your convenience. 

  2. Please ensure that your return is postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery date to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Return and Exchange Details:

  • Store credit and exchanges are offered with free return shipping. 

  • If you opt for a refund, the remaining balance will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and liners attached.

  • For the safety of your items during transit, kindly return them in their original packaging or include any protective packaging if available.

Refund Processing:

Please allow up to 7-10 days for us to process your return upon receipt. Depending on your bank's processing times, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
